Information collected

Clients: name, email, phone and company (optional), job address and city, date, details, budget and reviews. Photographers: contact details, rates, areas, availability, profile photo, tax information and acceptance of the agreement (date, time, IP address).

Use

This information is used only to process requests, introduce clients to photographers, prepare quotes and commission invoices, and improve the service. A client's contact details are shared only with the photographer they choose.

Hosting outside Quebec

Data is hosted by providers located in the United States: Supabase (database), Netlify (website) and Resend (email delivery). These providers use recognized security measures. By using the service, you are informed that your information is transferred outside Quebec.

Visit statistics

The site counts page views anonymously, by day and country, without cookies and without storing your IP address.

Sharing

Your information is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the photographer concerned and the technical providers named above.

Retention

Information is kept as long as needed for the job, then for at most three years after the last job, unless the law requires longer retention (for example for invoicing).

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction, its deletion or a copy in a common format by writing to sales@klmstudio.ca. We reply within 30 days.

Privacy incidents

If an incident creates a risk of serious harm, the people affected and the relevant authorities are notified.
