Nature of the service

KLM Studio is a matching service operated by KLM Group International Limited. KLM Studio connects clients with independent professional photographers. KLM Studio does not perform photography services and is not a party to contracts between clients and photographers.

Contractual relationship

Each job is covered by a contract entered into directly between the client and the photographer. The photographer sets their own rates, terms, timelines and payment terms, and invoices the client directly.

Compensation

Matching is free for clients. KLM Studio is compensated by a commission paid by the photographer on referred jobs, under a separate agreement.

Liability

The photographer is solely responsible for performing their services, their equipment, insurance, tax obligations and compliance with laws applicable to their business. KLM Studio's liability is limited to the matching service.

Copyright

The photographer retains copyright. Usage rights granted to the client are set out in the contract between the client and the photographer.

Galleries

Delivery galleries remain online for at least three months. Clients should download their images upon delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
